"I am 63 years old, and have been working out since I was 15. Over the years I have managed to injure my back, neck, shoulders, kness and various other assorted body parts as a result of bad technique, no technique, or what has been considered good technique by trainers, but isn't. I've trained in martial arts since 1962, and have again dinged myself, many times, following the conventional training methods of the various arts that I've practiced. I am a physician, practicing dermatology, but I have had fellowships in physical medicine, and follow the trends as they come and go.
I was introduced to Intu-Flow a couple of years ago by a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. He was thrilled by the resulting decrease in pain, increased mobility, and dramatic reduction in the need for arthritis medication.
