Sales Policy

Product Damages

Merchandise damaged during shipping, or shortages (missing items) must be reported to RMAX.tv Productions within 24 hours of the receipt. We will contact the carrier for visual inspection of the merchandise and the packaging. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise at the expense of the carrier. Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with the driver.

Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for the damages. Failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected. Keep all original packaging and merchandise as received. Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.

Exchange and Return Policy for Clubbell® Equipment

Clubbell® equipment can be returned within 30 days of its purchase. In all cases, there is a 20% restocking fee. All hardware is to be returned in the new condition, in original packaging.

Exchange Policy for Ultimate Grappling Shoes™

The UGS will be only exchanged for another size. Due to the material and fabric limitations, only the shoes with no markings or any other visible signs of wear will be accepted. You can try them on to see it they fit you, but no walking or exercising. The bottom is made of bright-color suede, and even a single-time use leaves marks and changes the shape of the shoe bottom.

Exchange Policy for Books, Videos and DVDs

No refunds will be given on books, videos, and DVDs due to the Copyright laws restrictions. Defective items in this category can be exchanged for the same title within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Non-Merchandise Products

You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of non-merchandise products such as services, seminars, workshops, and the like once the commitment has been made for any reason, deliberately or accidentally.

How to make a return or exchange

If you find a defective product in your order, you MUST immediately report it to RMAX.tv Productions by submitting a ticket to the RMAX HelpDesk at http://www.rmaxi.com/hesk/.

To return a product/package to RMAX.tv Productions you will need to request an approval either by email or phone call to RMAX.tv Productions. No returns of any type will be accepted without a prior approval before you send us an item for a refund or exchange. In your email or the phone call, we will need the following information to authorize your return:

  • Customer name
  • Product(s) ordered
  • Date of Order
  • Nature of the problem
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products.

A check or money order for shipping and handling charges must accompany all Ultimate Grappling Shoes (UGS) exchanges. Merchandise returned for exchange without a check or money order, to cover shipping and handling, will be charged on the customer's credit card.

If you need to return or exchange merchandise, put a note in with the item to tell us what you would like to do. Wrap merchandise securely and return via U.P.S. or FEDEX, or insured parcel post.

In case of a return, you will be credited by the original method of payment excluding the appropriate shipping and handling charges and the 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Addresses

Q: Can I change a shipping address once I've placed an order?
A: Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we process orders very quickly and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Q: Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
A: No, not at this time.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes! We ship to APO/FPO addresses via Parcel Post.
However, there are some restrictions. For the Clubbell® equipment, please check with us for the shipping charges.

Shipping & Delivery Information

The delivery times given on this website are tentative only. RMAX.tv Productions will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any order placed for the purchase of products from RMAX.tv Productions once the order has been shipped.

Clubbell® Equipment is shipped in 4-5 business days after an order is placed.

Within the Continental USA - by FedEx Ground

Canada - by FedEx Ground

Other Countries - by US Express Mail  

All other products are shipped from the RMAX HQ in Atlanta, GA, by US Priority mail (in USA), and by US first class or priority mail (to other countries).

Usually all products (except Clubbell® equipment) are shipped within 2-3 business days after an order is placed.

Exceptions:

1. The merchandise is backordered.
2. RMAX.tv Productions staff is out of state on a business trip.

Order Cancellation Policy

After an order is shipped - no cancellations or return on that order. Defective merchandises may be exchanged for the same item. Please note: if you cancel your order before it’s been shipped, you’ll have to pay a cancellation fee, which includes processing fees for your credit card order and for credit card order cancellation.

No P.O. Box addresses for Clubbell® equipment.

International orders

All brokerage fees + duties & taxes are to be paid by the customer. For more information contact your local authorities. For international orders for the Clubbell® Equipment please contact our corporate office by opening a support ticket at  http://www.rmaxi.com/hesk/ to determine shipping costs.

Law Enforcement and Military Discounts

RMAX offers a standard 15% discount to all active law enforcement and military personnel for departmental purchase orders.
